This leads to me cooking two versions of the same meal, one with and one without gluten (which can lead to cross contamination if you are not careful). However; after making Scotch eggs using these brown rice breadcrumbs I can defiantly recommend them and will be buying again. The only issue is that they don't brown as well as traditional breadcrumbs but do go a very pale light golden brown.
