Healthy salt
We are told not to eat refined sugar because it is not good for our bodies. White salt is also a refined product to get to the white state. By refining salt, all the minerals are removed so what's left is just the white salty stuff.By using Real Salt Sea Salt, what goes into the body is far healthier. This salt is mined from prehistoric salt mines, 300 feet below the surface of the earth, that have never seen the light of day. That means no exposure to pollution or anything crazy humans have done during our time here on earth. This salt has a chemistry that is identical to human blood chemistry so that means it contains 60 trace minerals in a delicious, healthy salt that is never chemically treated, bleached, or kiln dried, which is good for our bodies. Straight from ancient sea bed in Central Utah, the only processing this salt has is mining, screening and grinding - nothing added, nothing taken away. That means no additives, no anti-caking agents, no preservatives! It is delicious and I love that it is better for me! I have convinced everyone I know to use this salt. If you're going to use salt, be sure you're using unrefined, chemical-free salt. For me the only salt we use is Real SaltSea Salt!

Best salt to buy
The best totally natural salt you can buy. When you look deeply into the product contents, you see that it has enough potassium to balance the sodium and also as much natural iodine as iodized salt, but without the bitter taste. This salt is pure salt from natural salt deposits without processing to remove all the important minerals.

Favorite salt. Really brings out the flavour in items.
The media could not be loaded. Favorite salt. Really brings out the flavour in items. I keep buying again and again. What can I say? Once I tasted this salt, I have never switched back to something else. When my husband and I got married in 2013 he had a small sample jar of this in his kitchen. When I used it, I thought it imparted an excellent flavor to our food. I then purchased this shaker in 2014 from Amazon and I am actually still using the same shaker, I just keep refilling it. I bought this 26 ounce refill pouch in October 2014 and another in October 2015, which is really weird, because as I am writing this, it is October 2016, and I needed to purchase another refill pouch, so the 26 ounces lasts us about a year and Amazon always has the best price.I also use this when making homemade sourdough bread, again, just a nice balanced flavor. It is more then salt, hard to explain. No complaints, only praises, we love this. It is our favorite salt for general cooking purposes.

Great Product
I love this salt. I have tried a lot, and this is my favorite. It is healthy and tastes good. I like that it has minerals that our body needs. In my opinion, We NEED salt in our diets. The body is like a battery; healthy salt is required. The white salt they sell us IS BAD FOR US, which is why we should not ingest a lot.

Very good taste for salt
I never knew that there would be such a difference in flavors of salt. I put a little of this in my water every morning, and it is not nearly as bad as a regular salt tastes. This is a good quality salt. You can use it just like you would regular salt. The bag is easy to pour from and the lid seals back easily. I do use this sparingly due to the price for the small size of the bag. It is fairly expensive, but I understand why.

Expensive, but worth it.
This salt tastes much better than others I have consumed. It almost has a sweet taste to it. I am not a heavy salt user, but I do like the taste of this salt on my food. I recommend this salt to those who want salt that contains minerals and not just processed salt.

Best Salt I’ve Ever Tried… But With a Tiny surprise 🫢
The flavor is incredible — smooth, natural, way better than regular table salt. It eally upgrades any dish, but here’s the catch:The only catch? If you dissolve it in water, sometimes you’ll see tiny mineral bits at the bottom. And some people complain about little grains that feel like sand. Well… isn’t sand just another mineral anyway? 😅

Very sandy
It's sad, but it reminded me of when I was in the Peace Corps in West Africa and had to live with some sand in our food all the time. I think if you used this your entire life, your teeth would be ground down a little more than they would be if you used Morton's salt. I can't believe how much grit there is, I would assume this is sand (silica). I put some on a magnet and nothing stuck, so it is not iron particles. Minerals? Maybe, like eating dirt, just go eat some dirt out of your garden, same thing.Update: Amazon is refunding the price of this salt and I do not have to return it, so this morning I decided to use it on some boiled, peeled potatoes and two garlic bulbs I threw in because they were sprouting. I can tell you, even though I am squeezing the garlic out of the skins, I lifted the garlic and peeled potatoes out of the salted water and put them on a plate, every bite is sandy and terrible. There are very tiny but sharp grains of something in this salt and it ruins food, unless you don't mind the tiny grains of something that don't dissolve.
