Attar Bakhoor Nabeel- Box 6 x 6ml Roll-on Perfume Oil by Nabeel

To be clear this 5-Star rating is NOT for the product Bakhoor (to which I would give zero-stars), but for the retailer (Oriental Perfume Co.) who were absolutely a pleasure to deal with while they swiftly saw to it to turn my utter disappointment 180 degrees to total satisfaction. Kudos to their customer service team! Well done.My initial review was a 1-star for the Bakhoor product itself and, as stated above, I would still give that 0-starts if it were possible. True Bakhoor, for those not familiar with the scent, has very woody/ earthy notes (decidedly masculine). What the manufacturer (Nabeel) has done, is beyond any reason and either out of incompetence or worse (deliberate deception) placed the Bakhoor labeling on a product that is the polar opposite - one that is sugar-sweet floral (about a feminine as you can get).Bad news was that Amazon does not allow the return of these oils (some nonsense about it being a hazardous item to ship) - they had no issues shipping it to me however. So I was "stuck" with this outright fraud of a product. That was until the folks at Oriental Perfume Co. stepped in and immediately offered to make it right. They shipped out another scent ("King of Oud") of my choosing as a replacement at their expense. This scent I would highly recommend. It is not authentic "Oudh" by any stretch (which to be honest is a bit "in-your-face" bold - not to mention prohibitively expensive for most), but just enough of the base notes without the hard edge while still retaining the woody/earthy masculine identity. Order that one. Best of luck.
