Actually great, though I had my suspicions…
Waited a while to write this review. Purchased this Black Friday of 2022, and as of today, June of 2023, it is still working perfectly. Christmas gift to my wife and she loves it. I had my suspicions because I bought the laptop on Black Friday as a Christmas gift, and wasn’t sure if both screens were going to come on, given that many reviews reported one or both screens staying black (sometimes blue). Christmas Day came, my wife opened the laptop, low and behold the lower screen did not cut on. Come to find out, there were a couple buttons I tried pressing, and the bottom screen blinked and then turned on, Praise God! Also, It came with an envelope case and a stylus that specifically works for the laptop. Will say it is a bit strange having the mouse pad on the bottom left, and it can take a minute to get acclimated to and accidentally type the wrong letters as the keyboard is a bit smaller, but it’s still great.

Love love love my new laptop
The dual screen is super awesome. Allows me to look at more at once with out having to switch between open tabs. Plus it's touch screen, both screens are touch screen. And it even comes with a stylus. It's not a massive laptop so it's fairly portable and easy to quickly grab and take on the go. The dual screen helps compensate for the smaller size of the laptop in general. And the keyboard is near the bottom edge of computer with mouse pad on the far right hand corner of keyboard so you don't have to reach way across the mouse touch pad to reach the keyboard which is something that has sort of always annoyed me about notebook/laptop computers. I'm very glad I decided to purchase this specific computer...in my opinion it's top notch!

Scam
Stay as far away from this product as you can. Do NOT BUY!! Bought 5 of these for myself and my co workers, they all crapped out and not one works and all under a year and under supposed warranty. Asus won’t do anything to rectify the issue. Games and terrible service. Terrible product. Total scam!!

Most innovative laptop
When Asus came out w/this laptop I thought it was innovative and well made. I finally bought this once it went down to a decent price. This ZenBook Duo 14 is beautiful to look at, it's a dark green, all metal device. I don't think everybody NEEDS a dual screened laptop. However, I do find myself taking advantage of the two screens often. I still have quite a few zoom meetings. It's very handy to have zoom on main screen and then notes, email, or other app on smaller screen. Even when just checking email/internet on larger screen, I have spotify on smaller screen. It gives you the versatility to multitask as you see fit. The stylus works well for taking notes, it feels a littler heavier than a pencil, it is battery operated. You can use the stylus on either screen. The laptop came with a stylus, stand and a carrying case. The stand looks flimsy but it is fairly sturdy and elevates the laptop to a good position for daily use. It does make the laptop top heavy so any pressure to that part of the device can make it tip-like if a child or pet is nearby to bother it. The i7 processor seems fast enough to multitask though. I would highly recommend it.

WAY better than Dell
I got this computer over a year ago and I absolutely LOVE IT still! I previously had a Dell Inspiron that lasted me under a year and this computer is AMAZING! The keyboard and mouse pad take little to adjust to but other than that this computer is a DREAM! Not only is it cool but it runs so efficiently when I play the Sims, Minecraft, and even City Skylines. Even the battery lasts longer than my Dell that would die in literally under 4 hours. The only downside I would say is that there is paint chipping from the bottom of the computer right below the keyboard but that is probably because I use my computer every day and I open and close it frequently. But seriously... I HIGHLY recommend this bad boy!

Best Laptop I have Had In Years
I didn't think the 2nd screen would be useful, I was wrong. The entire laptop feels well made and has a great weight. The keyboard takes a little getting used to but I adapted with no problems. I love the trackpad being on the side.Haven't had any heating issues even while running memory intensive applications.I would recommend to anyone.

perfect LAPTOP and the most unique
the moment i saw this laptop i knew i wanted it, and I didn't realize how much of the 2nd screen i would be using, it's really really helping while writing on the main screen and watching some podcast or movie at the bottom. I was thinking of getting a 2600 dollar Alienware laptop vs. this, and there was no second guessing.
