I live with moderate lower back pain on a daily basis. I thought I'd give this tape a shot, basically running a strip across my lower back, and then a few thinner cut strips about 1/3 up each side of the spine. I have no idea how a piece of tape can take away or at least mask pain, but this stuff actually does just that. It works far better than a menthol pain patch. I prefer this over a few other big brands I have tried. This stuff will stay on through days of showering, sweating, etc. Read the included manual and apply per your requirements. It's not a cure all, but will unarguably take the edge off any joint or muscle pain, allowing you to train and go about your daily activities.

auf der Suche nach einem guten Tape habe ich mir auch FlexU bestellt. Natürlich gibt es günstigere Anbieter, aber leider wurde ich bislang von der Qualität deren Produkte enttäuscht. Nicht so hier. Auch nach mehreren Tagen am Knie keine Ausfransungen oder unerwünschte Ablösungen. Das Design ist Geschmackssache - mir gefällt's eher schlicht und daher passt es. Die vorgeschnittenen Tapes ließen sich gut voneinander lösen und entsprachen auch beim Anpassen (kleinere Streifen) absolut meinen Erwartungen. Beim Lösen nach 5 Tagen blieben zwar minimale Kleberreste zurück, was ich aber bei jedem von mir probierten Tape (was nicht kurz nach Aufkleben wieder abging) feststellte. Ein kurzer Einsatz des Waschlappens und die Kleberreste waren Geschichte. Fazit: wer ein qualitativ gutes Tape zu einem angemessenen Preis sucht wird hier fündig! Absolute Kaufempfehlung

I see that some reviews have slated this tape for it's lack of "stickability". I can't say that I've experienced this at all, to the point where i actually ended up removing some skin along with the tape! (User error but can happen with all kinesiology tape if you don't remove it properly.) I don't use this tape with any form of extra sprays, I just make sure that the skin is clean and dry. I've been using this tape to support a severe ankle ligament and tendon issue after a particularly nasty inversion. The tape has always stuck well to the skin on my foot and ankle. It's given me great support and lasts a couple of days. CAVEATS and TIPS 1. The tape isn't waterproof. It's sticky but it doesn't like soap and water and will very easily start to come off after a shower. However, at this price, I like to change it for hygiene reasons anyway. It suffers less from the shower effect on when used on other parts of the body though. 2. When applying tape, the ends must not be under tension. This i both very bad for your skin, and for getting the tape to stay stuck! It must also be stuck to skin and not itself at the ends foe best adhesion. 3. It won't stick as well if you handle the sticky side with your fingers. Generally, handle it with the backing paper on and at the ends, peel back the paper as it lays to you skin. It also helps to prevent tension issues this way. $. Make sure the skin you are applying to is neither wet or oily (natural oils/moisturisers etc). All in all, great tape. Maybe not quite on the level of the proper KT tape, but you get three rolls for less than the price of one!
