It’s very good though my right side is falling tremendously. This does bring it up a bit and it’s helpful. I usually use it twice a day most people won’t have to, but I assume that I need to because mine’s are thicker and it’s heavier but it’s wonderful that’s all I ever used since I’ve gotten introduced to it. I was hoping that I had found a product that would help with crepey hooded eyelids. It said it can be used on eyelids and most products say not, so I was hopeful. I do not have undereye bags so I cannot speak to that. This seems to be a reputable company, but I missed the return deadline by a few days due to illness. I did want to give it a chance. The pictures seem promising for undereye bags, so I say go for it. Just watch your return deadline if you do not get results. This is not a cheap product but seems to be in line with most high-end brands. If you get results, it is worth it.9-20-24 Update. City Beauty saw my review and contacted me with a refund offer. I was quite surprised but that is how a reputable company should respond. Very impressed. I would endorse this company. They stand behind their products which shows me they believe in them. Bravo!

I have hooded eyelids and I thought ok l’ll give this a try. And I don’t see any difference at all using this product. However it is a great primer!!!!😀😀 For the price not worth it.

I bought this cream hoping to help with my poor crepe-y eyelids that have developed as I have gotten older. I am hoping to handle this issue without having to get an eyelid lift. I used it once daily for about one month. I did not use it twice a day as the tube is quite small and I would have used it up fairly quickly and it is expensive. First it is a heavy cream. I did notice a very small improvement (I think) in the sagginess of my eyelids but then I started noticing a few small milia on my eyelids from the heaviness of the cream so I stopped using it and threw it out. I did not change any other routines with my skincare so those would have had to come from this cream. Would not recommend.

I love this! You can definitely tell a difference on your lids when you apply it. It pricey but if it works it's worth it and a little goes a long way. Great product.
