The price is reasonable and there are few other options for replacement scratcher discs. Unfortunately they simply fall apart quickly and the debris spreads everywhere as tiny pieces of shredded cardboard. Having several cats using them daily creates extra daily chore of vacuuming and sweeping up the pieces. The cardboard is so flimsy and thin that it creates a dusty material that settles on furniture and upholstery - generating even more work to maintain cleanliness. I don't understand why they have made them so much weaker than the original inserts. I have quit recommending these to my kitten buyers.

My most active cat loves her scratch pads, and she goes through them kind of quickly. She gets incredibly excited when I replace them, ripping into them with renewed vigor, as if it's her sworn enemy - it's really adorbs!When I remove an old one, I always turn it over to see if the other side is unused (we've got 3 holders for these, it's hard to keep up with how and when I've changed them out). It's great that you can use each of these twice.

My cat loves them so I will buy, $3 a pad,, lasts about a month is a small price to pay for her happiness but I do feel there is a bit of price gouging. Recycled cardboard should/could be half the price.

I love these scratching boards! I had been buying from a big box store that charges almost 6 bucks for one! I have a lot of cats so we go thru these pretty fast! They are perfect and fit into their base toy for them just right! Do not hesitate to give these a try!!!!

My cats get very excited when I change the scratching pad. I use both sides for maximum benefit and just add a bit of catnip, they love it. I thing it's a great value as they last a pretty long while. I will continue to purchase these.

Precious reporting! Meowma got ME this new scratchy toy cuz I am destroyer! They fit MY toy perfectly. They smell nice and have lotsa places for my nip to hide. My only growl is my brother's want to share and I do NOT share.

Buy .you get a hand full for what one costs else where !Good sturdy stuff .and the cats love that scratcher .so they are vary happy .can't hardly pick it up to sweep and vacuum .! When I put it back they run for it like a long lost Friend ! This bulk pack of refills keep me from getting unhappy looks .because I don't have refills for the beloved play thing .great buy got these for the price of just one at another big box store ! We bought these as replacements for our cats' scratch-and-roll toy that our cats love. They work great and pop in fairly easily. Sprinkle on catnip for extra enjoyment.

My cat dint even play for 30 min. It has now become another piece of furniture in my house. Don’t buy it.

The scratch pads fit perfectly in the round cat scratcher. Much cheaper for the 5 pack than you would pay at a pet store for the exact same item!! I will be purchasing again in the future.
