I purchased four of these tumblers for my son. I don't have time to hand wash them, so they go on the top rack of the dishwasher and come out clean as a whistle. The straw I put on one of the little spokes. That too comes out clean.One of the rubber seals came off, but I realized it has to go back on a certain way; therefore, if this happens put the seal back on, and if you have problems with it turn it on the opposite side and it will fit perfectly. Think of it as a sock you are turning inside out. The same would apply to the seal.Haven't used it for anything hot, but keep the cold drinks cold for a long time. I would recommend this item.

Vegond tumblers are great. They are less expensive and yet as good or better than the pricy brand names. I have had water and ice in one in the morning uncovered, forgotten about it... then late in the afternoon I realize it is still there and I find that it still has ice in it! Incredible tumblers.

I bought 3 colors of these cups for a family vacation that I could personalize with my cricut. I was going for quantity and not necessarily quality but I was pleasantly surprised by the great quality of these cups. The insulation keeps hot things hot and cold things cold. A 16 ounce beer in this cup was cold up until the last sip while sitting outside on a summer afternoon, which was a first for me in any kind of drinkware!I got three colors: rose gold, gray and ombre.Highly recommend as an everyday use insulated cup!!

They are cups. They don’t leak. One of the covers on a lid is loose and agrivating. 5 out of 6 ain’t bad.

Great product for engraving. easy set up and they come with their own bubble wrap, covers, and straws. Bonus cleaning kits for each cup.extremely pleased with this purchase. Makes my business look amazing.

These cups work amazing if you are personalizing with vinyl. They have a matte smooth finish and even the smallest vinyl pieces stick right to the surface of the cup. The matte finish matches perfectly with oracal matte vinyl!!

To dark to be red. Not what I Expected.

They are what I want to alcohol ink on.

The product is the one on the right side. It shows the difference between the 2 products when engraving on them. The product does not show the silver Color , it shows brownish colour . On the other hand I changed the 1st product to the 2nd one due to the slide on the lid . However, the lid is still the liquid.Which is a major defect as well.The samples I engraved for my clients does not match your product in quality . They were not pleased with the outcome.I hereby request a full refund please .Regards,Temon Hasaballah
