This is the perfect candle wick trimmer. I've had this for a while and been using it regularly for over 3 years now with no issues or complaints. It's made with high-quality material and is definitely durable. Heavier than expected, does not look or feel cheap at all despite the low price. It has a little tray built in to catch the wick / candle debris so it's completely mess free. Candles burn much better after using this! Highly recommend

This item is really sturdy and heavy, it looks well made, like it will last a while. I just used it to trim my scented candle wick (my first time using this kinda tool) and it works like a charm. It cut the wick on the first chop, and the cut wick stayed in the little tray. I couldn't be happier with this purchase. I guess cheaper doesn't always mean a inferior product.

Surprised by the quality, engraved, nice weight, great price. Angle is different, 45% would be better, other than that, excellent product.

They may all be a bit awkward to use, but this is my first wick trimmer. The angle may just take some getting used to.The quality is very nice. The metal is weighty and sturdy. The trimmer has been doing its job the few times I've used it. It takes some getting practice to know how far down to hold the trimmer so as to clip enough wick but not too much. The decorative etching design is attractive and makes the piece nicer to keep out on display instead of tucked out of sight. Good pricing for what it is. No complaints (so far).

Love it! My flames are cleaner now and easy to trim. Trimmings catcher does a decent job, but I like to trim my wick holding the candle upside-down to minimize clean-up. This is a high quality tool and I really like the clean relief designs on the handle. For under seven dollars, the price is very reasonable. Also, I’m surprised how heavy these snips are. They certainly do not feel cheap. This product is a great investment, no regrets, totally recommend!

Does exactly as promised and cuts wicks to the perfect length!

I was pleased at the solidness of the trimmers. I have seen some in the past that are flimsy and would bend if you were not treating them gingerly & not trimming the solid part of a wick. This pair feels sturdy and operates well.

Unfortunately missed the return window. ButNot sure if this one is just defective but it won't cut and leaves frayed ends unless I'm in the exact right spot. Makes it a pain to use.

Good quality for the price. Some of the fancied looking ones I get may look nicer in people’s homes but I only use this one for my bedroom & it still looks great. Works very well & I do think everyone should own one because I thought scissors would do the trick but I was wrong.

Has trouble cutting wood wicks

Give your wick a fresh cut before re-lighting it. I thought scissors would work but it’s difficult to snip the wick. These cut the wick easily and because they are long you can reach into deep candle jars.
