Mixes with room temp water perfectly. If you try to mix with really cold drinks it will clump up. I started taking this with meals in the hope that it would make me feel fuller for longer to assist my fasting. It does exactly that. I also crave way less sugary foods after taking this regularly. Since I’ve started taking this regularly and eating less I’ve started peeing very frequently. Im not sure how much weight ive lost so far but my girlfriend and i can definitely tell the difference. Im kind of shocked at how effective this stuff is.

I did notice some increased gas when I first started this product, but that's the only side effect I've had from it.It arrived well labeled and sealed. This is from Jarrow, which is become my preferred brand in any supplement. I find that they have consistently high quality and good products. This is a loose powder in a standard supplement jar. It does come with a little scoop to get it out with.It tastes mildly sweet. When I put it in a bottle of water along with my normal water enhancer, I can't ever taste it at all. It dissolves with a quick easy shake or swirl. I don't ever have to use a spoon or anything to stir It. Usually I can leave the lid off my water and just swirl it around and it will dissolve. The product dissolves quickly and easily even in cold water.I find it very easy to take.

This product is great for helping to keep intestines in working order. I use it for myself and for my dog!

A friend of mine recommended it to me to serve my stomach and make things a little easier in the bathroom. All you do is mix a little with water and it definitely works. I do recommend it. You just need to be vigil with it. No taste at all.

Too bad they no longer make and sell this. It was AMAZING!

Sometimes you need a little help when having high morning readings but low before dinner. When diabetic for a long time then a change in meds does not get reading to a normal level. Ask your doctor first but most do not like supplements, but I was eating oatmeal for a long time and bad carbs for a Blood Type O so i told the doc I need to get my gut back in order so used and lost 2 belt sizes that is what the bad carbs do keeping you out of the norm, but ask before and it is better than the expensive stuff and no side effect for me that is like others using the expensive stuff.

It is great but has a bit of gritty taste.

I put this in my morning drinks. Not sure what is supposed to happen, health wise, but the health experts claim it's good.Mixes very well in any type of liquid and has no flavor. I put it in my morning green tea matcha.
