Charged my drill as expected. Quiet. Fit my Black and Decker cordless drill perfectly. Charged the battery and powered the drill even without the battery attached. Easy... just plugged it in and it worked.

I purchased this power adapter as a replacement for my air purifier’s adapter, which was no longer putting out the required voltage to power the device. This adapter works perfectly, plus it’s rated at double the amperage as the original. Also, the adapter has a blue LED power on indicator. I’m happy that this fixed the problem.

I bought this AC adapter to replace a lost one. I plugged it into the wall, saw the blue LED light on, and turned away.About five to ten seconds later I heard a startling “pop” and it was no longer supplying power to my device. It almost sounded like a popped capacitor, but I didn’t see any “magical smoke”.It appears to be designed “safely”, since it didn’t burn the office down, but failing within 10 seconds suggests that it’s made with inferior components, or the components weren’t properly soldered together.Two stars since it didnt start a fire.Buyer beware.Edit: opened plug and confirmed it was a popped capacitor. The input solder appears to have arced on the capacitor due to poor soldering.2/1/24 Update - I ordered a replacement and it’s working without incident. Changed 2 star review to 4 star review.

Eventually it goes bad if plugged in 24/7 but it's still a good value for the money.

The media could not be loaded. Purchased this because I liked the reviews everyone had and it a decent amount. This AC adapter is manufactured poorly! It feels cheaply made and doesnt feel like its reliable. I doubt these were tested before shipping. The first one is got within 2 days of ordering and the replacement does exactly the same as the first! Tested on multiple monitors it wouldn't keep a stable connection. There's nothing wrong with my monitors and they weren't physically damaged. Spend your money else where.
