Can you glue this on metal cabinet, instead of screws?

Well as an engineer that did alot of aerospace bonding, the answer would be yes. That said without proper materials for your environment and proper prep I would say no. The shear strength of glued bonds , for most part, will not take a good shoulder b4 failing, screws will take 2-3 shoulder hits. Just saying
