Very light weight, very versatile, and fairly robust.
Perfect ladder costing a bit less than a Little Giant ladder. Had to lubricate the swivel areas with silicone lubricant, but outside of that, works great! I use it for accessing the roof and waxing the sides of my RV. Fits well in my storage compartments.

A bit rickety but works. Closing can be dangerous
It’s a bit precarious when in use. I have to be cautious. Closing it is strangely complicated. The switches and 100% independent and need to be done in a certain order to close safely. Safety hazard if to hands if you’re not mindful.

Easy storage but doesn't feel too safe to use
The ladder is great when collapsed, takes up so much less space than a regular ladder. However, once you expand it to use, the ladder doesn't feel like it is safe to use. It is wobbly and the steps are not comfortable to step on as they are at a weird angle. If you are on the lower steps, the odd angle of the steps may not seem so much of an issue but as you go higher up the ladder, especially on the top 2 steps, you don't feel like the ladder will be bale to hold you. I believe this is design flaw. The designer/manufaturer only thought to make the steps align to the ground when it is in it's collapsed form but forgot about when it's expanded and people are using it to go up and down. Overall great concept. Am now thinking if I should return or keep it.

Best thing I’ve purchased in a long time
I love this ladder. I was mad to need to buy one to get into our attic, but it makes me happy
