Why are they 21.26? Last night they were only 13.99..

At $13.99 they are a great deal. They're not high quality in my opinion but I needed something cheap and now to put up. At $21.26 .... I wouldint buy it.

Do these need to be horizontal or can be installed vertical??

I installed them vertically and they are working perfectly.

Is it okay if you put 60w bulbs on it?

I use 60w bulbs (frosted) with a dimmer switch and it's perfect. The 100w bulbs that are recommend are way too bright.

When it says "Uses four medium-base light bulbs, 100-Watt maximum" does that mean a total of 100 watts or each individual bulb at 100 W?
