Iam giving this pills 3 stars because it did work but not as I inspected to be comper to the great reviews I read before .This is my 2 battle I re-order the some battle 2 this time ,I hope it do work on my stretch marks and Thighting up some skin because I just give birth to my 3 girl and you guys can imagine how my belly look like ofter I used to weight 87 pound when I got pregnant the first time 5 years ago now I am in loosing weight which I order the green coffee beans as well to help me with my gold iam trying to accomplish. I weight 120 pound now which I want to weight 113 pound .See you guys again in a couples months from now reviewing this product again but hopefully with a lot much more resort this time.

Just about finished with my first bottle of Sonora Nutrition's Phytoceramides and ordered a 2nd bottle. I have noticed my skin tone and texture looks more hydrated and my hair is stronger and more elastic. The proof that convinced me it is really helping is when I saw a friend last week who I haven't seen in 6 months and he asked what fountain of youth had I discovered because I seem to look better with age! What a compliment. Can't wait to see the results after 2 more months.

I had very high hopes for this product because of the many excellent reviews, but I did not see any results that have been mentioned. My hair became more brittle and I woke up in the middle of the night every night sick to my stomach. I did notice one morning one side of my face was swollen.Once I stopped taking this all my symptoms went away. I have never been allergic to anything, but I guess I am the one in a thousand. Only giving this review in case someone else may experience these symptons. I will ask for a refund and hope this company is true to their word.

I suffer from really dry, flaky skin. I haven't been able to find a moisturizer that solves theproblem, and I've tried many. The idea of hydrating my skin from the inside out seemedlike a long shot but it was worth a try. I’ve been taking these for a month and theflakiness seems to be getting better. I’ll keep taking them and hope to see moreimprovement!
