Great for hot and cold liquids

The item is described as having a tab to seal the hole in the lid. There is no such tab, and when I questioned the supplier they simply said that was how they come, (i.e. without the tab). Unimpressed.

Ok but very hot to hold otherwise good value for money

Cups, lids and stirrers all arrived well packaged and within a deadline that I required met. Frances replied very quickly to my concern that the items may have arrived late and sure enough they landed the day after the query. The items are what they are however are of a solid, sturdy construction that hold hot liquids well. The ridges allow for extra grip making them very easy to hold. Overall excellent value for money. If I need another load of similar type cups I’ll be sure to re-order from this supplier without any concerns.

Great size and quality but feel the lids aren't the easiest to put on. Once on fine but feel they bend at the side every time I put a lid on .

I bought these for a family member who has dementia and is struggling to hold a normal cup and drink without spilling. The cups are sturdy enough. The lord however only take a small touch and they fall off. Not only is this dangerous when serving them hot drinks they would be useless as in the go cups. One wrong move and the lid is off. I will definitely not be buying them again for my family member or for any other use.
