So I bought this as a Christmas gift for my wife, little did I know it would end up being a gift for the whole family. My kids almost get into a boxing match just to use the blessed thing. Let's go over the features. HEAT: works a little too good in my opinion, it burned the crap out of my feet, but it feels OH SO GOOD! Bubbles could be a little stronger or even maybe some directed jets? (Wink wink product developers) Red light: not sure what it's purpose is other then to add a little ambiance to the water. Niw the best part, the massage rollers! They are AMAZING! After (falling asleep) about 20-30 minutes and pulling my feet out, I felt like I was walking on clouds. My feet felt so rejuvenated, and I will tell going a few days without using it, I start to get an itch, an itch for some relaxation. The tub depth is perfect, total foot submersion in my feet up to about my ankles (im 6'0" with size 11 feet) I get an occasional water splash out of the tub onto the carpet, but hey whatever. My kids now want their own foot spa and have added it to their Christmas list for next year already lol. Should you get one? ABSOLUTELY! I've had no issues with the operation of the machine so no reason to call Customer service as of yet. I plan on buying one for myself too, that way I'm not always stealing the wife's. 🤣😉

The media could not be loaded.  I bought a foot spa a while back, and it was ok, it felt pretty good, however, I wanted something more, and I found this one. First thing out of the box, is this has a big tank and its made real well too. Has good controls, easy fill up, and just love the full set of options of heat, bubbles, and five moving parts just making my feet feel good. Another nice feature is the lid, it has a lid that cover the bath so when filling and carrying, no water sloshes out...that was some good thinking there. Hard to show with pictures, where I did a quick video to show how nice this one is. I keep this one in my office, where I just love the action on my feet periodically through the day...so relaxing. Highly recommend the timer, easy for time to pass by and I have to admit, fell asleep a couple of times too. No cons, everything works perfectly with this one, where I am very happy with the purchase.

Update 3.29.2023This unit is interesting. The heating element works sometimes and sometimes is not activated which I don’t understand. It does massage the feet and has red light. You have to have the bubbles going with the heating element or else the temperature will say 98 and then you put your feet in and press the bubble button and when the water recirculates the water will be 112. I like it at 107/108.All this to say I rescind my original review and it has lasted almost two years and just saw this review and said I better fix that 😎I do use this unit once a week with ACV to keep my feet healthy and clear up my nails. I trim each of my toes and brush the nails immediately after foot soak—I then apply tea tree oil & undecylenic acid to my toe nails and put socks on to lock it in. #SpaLiving #AntiFungusToeNailsThis footbath was great until it quit working five weeks after purchasing.I logged in to do a return and it says my return window is closed.I bought it brand new and now the heater inside of it will not heat anymore the temperature just goes down until I finally gave up on it and unplugged it it is dead I bought it September 28 today is November 10 I need my money back

bought this because it was on sale and actually cheaper than most of the actual foot soaking buckets. To size it out, I'm a men's 13 shoe size, and I have a little room left over, so you'll probably start having issues if you wear a men's 14 and up. It can be a bit awkward to carry when full of water. They don't cover it on the webpage, but in the instructions it's pretty clear that this needs to be placed on a flat surface so that the air flow to the heating coils doesn't get disrupted, so it's probably not ideal to place on thick carpet. To me the vibration was so-so. There's been some debate about the heating capabilities with it. In my experience, it will delay the water getting cooler, but it's not able to maintain the initial water temperature for very long. If all you need is something to soak your feet in, a dish tub would make an acceptable alternative.

Quality of the machine looks good, I filled it with warm water, added some bath salts, put my feet in and fired the machine up. I had to fiddle with the buttons as the instructions were not too clear but after a few minutes I hit the optimal settings, and what a pleasure for my tired feet! I left them in an hour first time I used it, try for 20 -30 minutes daily now. I have worked long shifts on my feet my whole life (65 now) and this machine coupled with good shoes and socks has made a huge difference in my ability during and after work. I do 20 - 30k steps a day on concrete and feet have not felt this good for a long time - if you are on the fence about getting one of these I can say honestly I wish I had gotten one years ago.

The product is made well, the height is great for not spilling water, big tub area, heat worked great, but as others have stated the massages are painful; specifically the middle roller that goes up and down. I used the product for 15 minutes, noticed the discomfort then stopped. It left a sore area on the bottom of both feet to the side for 2 days -_- and I don't have sensitive feet by a long shot haha. Would be great if we were able to remove that one and/or replace it but we cannot sadly.

It took me longer to decide on a brand and model than usual when buying this foot spa. Too many products had too many negative (intelligent) reviews to ignore. Also, there a number of devices with very different options and functions and price tag. I’m glad I chose this brand and model. Every feature works as stated, it’s comfortable, plenty of room and features that truly lead to better foot health. And it’s so easy to use and clean. The heating function is a little clumsy but works. If you like to get softer feet skin, reduce callouses, and feel relaxed then this is the right item.
