Perfect Supplements chose to keep the naturally occurring fat within Perfect Desiccated Liver because we wanted to keep the product as close to nature as possible. Desiccated Liver also contains nutrients that are fat soluble and therefore better absorbed when the fat is included in the supplement.

1 oz of liver dries to the equivalent of 7 grams of powder. One serving of Perfect Desiccated Liver is 3 grams, or taken every day, 21 grams per week, which roughly works out to a serving of 3 oz of liver per week.

Is this product Corn free?

The Desiccated Liver is corn free.

What is the iron content (in mg) of one capsule and/or one serving?

The bottle says: Desiccated Beef Liver Powder 3000mg per serving. A serving is 4 capsules. It does not say how much iron per serving. Since the liver is dried and powdered, the iron not being removed and measured, I'd imagine the iron content would vary somewhat from batch to batch.
