Is this a conversion kit for boob lights?

I did use them to replace "boob" lights. Depending on how big the base of your boob light, you may have to touch up the ceiling. One of mine was fine, but the other was a larger base, so I just touched up with paint. The base on this light is smaller than the shade, so it probably would not have been seen. I love the one so much, I bought another.

Is the metal bronze or black on the flush mount ceiling light?

The metal is black, but you can hardly see the base and the part you see is pretty small. I was going to paint the metal parts bronze but I am fine with the way it looks.
