Bad client support and worst tracker.
I received the package open and one nut was associate with other account. I bought 4 nuts but I can use only 3 because one is locked. The Nut costumer service do not offer a solution. The answer was "Please use the original account and nut connection，Then delete nut", the support is worst, and now I have one tracker with other problem: be connected-disconnected-connected- disconnected all the time.Please, do not buy Nut Finder. Choose other brand more reliable and with real customer service. Won't recognize password - not working.
Setup just fine on my phone and trackers. Then stopped working, wouldn't recognize password again even though verified. Made a new one, still wouldn't work. Getting a refund. Didn't realize it was based in Beijing which makes me somewhat wary to have my personal info deposited, to be honest.

Do not work
If I could give this 0 stars I would. They do not work. When in my house with my tracker right net to me it thinks it is 4.2 miles away! I wanted them to work since the batteries were replaceable.
