I've been using Sport Cords resistance exercise bands for 30+ years after herniating back discs on two different occasions, back school and a recommendation by my physical therapist. While I have tried other resistance bands including latex bands, I would urge every person who uses resistance bands to research injuries which may occur when latex bands suddenly snap with no warning and no visible appearance of significant wear and tear or damage. I have sustained minor injuries like strained back muscles when such bands snapped suddenly even when they had an interior fiber cord to minimize sudden over-extension. Former Senate Majority leader, Harry Reid, suffered significant vision loss in one eye with broken bones when a resistance band unit he was using slipped from his grasp. ALL resistance bands and attachments need to be inspected routinely for wear and tear including Sports Cords. But Sports Cords are designed to ensure user safety by encasing interwoven latex strands within an outer nylon sleeve. As the inner latex strands begin to weaken with use and age, some of the broken latex strands will gradually begin to poke through the outer nylon sleeve cover. In addition, the nylon cover will gradually begin to fray showing signs of wear and indicating it is time to replace the bands. Just as important, I have multiple sets of Sport Cords resistance bands which I have used 5-7 days weekly for more than 2 years and are still in good shape, though I must emphasize that I inspect all cords, handles and attachment devices weekly and replace as needed (normally after 2-3 years). Other bands may be cheaper, BUT at the cost of injuries or disability which will cost you far more for medical treatment and recovery. So if you exercise for health and wish to avoid injuries, INVEST in Sport Cords resistance bands, INSPECT routinely and BE SAFE with Sports Cords.

This has been a lifesaver for travel & working out at home. Easiest "take along" gym I have ever had. Quality is great compared to cheaper flimsy options. Worth every penny!

When the package arrived, it was missing one of the resistant bands. It also comes with very little instruction on use, the actual instruction pamphlet was more something our youngest son might draw. In addition, I tried to understand how to use, based on some drawings that had been part of the pamphlet, when on the first movement the black resistant band membrane snapped. For this price I would not recommend that you order, I had another I was interested in and now wished I had gotten it. This is a third party re-seller, so my return process may also be a nightmare

I feel these style of bands are superior to the pure latex bands that are available from other manufacturers. Much more stretch which allows for more versatility in use like lateral gait over hurdles etc....

Good product but the door setup is not as good as I expected. I'll keep the product because of the quality of the bands themselves but the door setup is poor at best.

These bands are extremely easy to use and go about anywhere!!! Hooks to door , tree limb or trunk !!! Highly recommend for those who need limits cause these will help you Not to over extend !!!!
