An amazing resource
So much information, a great resource

Was hoping for much more...
This book is very well presented, well laid out and features an array of authors. The title suggests theory and practice. It was somewhat disheartening to see that many chapters outline the theory only with a common introduction of 'there is a lack of research evidence / quality' and debate continues. The authors do not share their clinical expertise about managing pathology, injectables or exercise. No significant analysis of research was presented, simply stating that research is conflicting (I think we all knew that). It tends to happen with different investigation methods, questions and samples not to mention the other variables and lack of repeated studies.Other text books covering this topic at least provide the author's opinion on the topic, clinical insights and recommendations based on the current research. Unfortunately, this text did not provide much practice, more a summary of current information available in other texts. One for the library, but not recommended.
