Stopped the leaks!
Installed a carport kit and needed to fill a few holes we had, works like a charm! Unloading the groceries and not a drop of water!

Works very well on my metal roof.
I repaired rusted leaking sections around some of the screws on my metal barn roof. Works perfectly using small (6 x 6 inch) metal patches (cut from metal roofing sheets of the same profile) and placed over the top of the corroded (and cleaned) areas. Just run a bead of sealant inside the outside edges of the patched area before securing the patch in place.
