Great ammo can
great can! good price, has o ring on lid for water resistance. even comes with a silica gel packet (a really good idea to have one in wherever you keep your ammo by the way). gave it some camo with rattlecan paint cuz **** it. would buy again

Great box. Super cheap
Great box. Super cheap, nice coating and water resistant with a seal under the lid. Instantly bought another one as soon as I received the first one. Perfect for 50 count boxes or loose rounds.

Good can. Not the same as M2A1
The locking mechansim is solid, and the cans are well made. However, they're not the same as real M2A1 ammo cans. These cans do not stack the way M2A1 can stack. M2A1 cans stack neatly on top of each other. These cans lack the correct indentations on the bottom of the cans that would allow them to mate correctly with the can under them. But the price is right and they are brand new cans.

Nice looking can!
Thank you for this opportunity to provide you with feedback. I'm impressed with the appearance of these ammo cans and I do have four points to share:1. These do not appear to be genuine 50 cal ammo cans, as they are ~1/2" shorter than all of my other 20+ 50cal cans. This would not be a concern were it not to prevent the storage of a full 1000 rounds of .223 or 7.62. That's a real bummer.2. The can body seems to be made of material that is not as thick as genuine 50cal ammo cans. Specifically, this invites bends on the top rim that interfere with sealing.3. Similar to #2 above, the thin material seems to've led to failures in the weld seam at the top front of the can rim. This interferes with the lid seal and in 2 out of 4 cans received, damaged that seal. What I see is the can front vertical weld separating at the top where the can rim meets the lid seal. Very sharp!4. Lastly, I was not looking to purchase cans that display branding. I understand the business need and would prefer that your branding stamp be relocated to the bottom or rear of the ammo can.

They're Great!
Boxes are not military surplus but are very good "copies". They hold the ammo well and have a great seal. The finish is nice and are just an overall great buy. They can be cheaper at other sites but can't beat the quick delivery.

Not Stackable
not worth it. they do not stack. the handels are too big to fit in the holes cut so they cannot stack without slipping. Don't let them fool you these are just knock off wanna be milspec. I like the plastic ones I ordered to compare to these better.

not that I would expect the best quality for the price but it is a bit ...
Slightly shorter than the M2A1 can I already have and am trying to match, not that I would expect the best quality for the price but it is a bit underwhelming in that regard, lastly I could do without the logo stamped into the clasp plate. All that being said, it seems like it would do the job of storing ammo or other items safe and dry just fine and though it is just barely too short to hold what I planned to put in it I will keep it for something else down the road.I found the similar item available at Harbor Freight to be a much better match, they are not perfect but not far off from the surplus can I have to compare to and feel the quality to be slightly better.

Sturdy, lid fits snug
Sturdy, lid fits snug. Descent price. I put one on the roll bar of my tractor as a tool box. Am buying another to hold chain and tractor parts. Many possible uses for this box.,
