Q: How would you describe this scent?

It’s a strong rosey scent but subtle at the same time. But becarful mine leaked out some how and my whole bathroom closet still smells like the stuff.

The scent does last but is very subtle. As to how many hours, I guess that would be a subjective thing. I personally don't reapply, but you probably could whenever you felt you couldn't smell it any more. But be careful, it could get intense. Just keep the application light and you should be fine. It is a very nice fragrance.
