We bought this product for our own home - my partner is a qualified plumber and performed a pressure test to British standards. The trap that was supplied was leaking and therefore not fit for purpose. I spoke to the seller about this, he sent out another which was exactly the same. To show him evidence of this, we removed the waste underboard to video the trap leaking. He then proceeded to say we hadn’t fitted the product properly which was utter rubbish - we had just removed the underboard to demonstrate the problem. Offered to send yet another faulty trap to avoid having to refund for the product - which we refused. The trap is clearly defective. AVOID!!
