No. No matter the angle, a standard size business card is too tall to fit in the drawer, and the drawers are too small to allow them to lie flat.

What size cards would you buy to fit into the drawers

The drawers are way to small for index cards. You’d have to cut an index card into quarters at least. I found it holds paper clips, safety pins, etc., because of the small drawers.
