Handy and affordable switch for off purpose uses.
I took the switches apart and converted them from “normally closed” to “normally open” by moving the existing parts inside around to use them as car door jam interior light switches. The factory switch was part of the door latch mechanism that failed and the latches costs over $200 at the dealership parts department; too much investment in an 18 year old car with 215,000 miles on it. For that purpose, they work very well!

It comes on when door is closed and off when door is opened. Should be the other way around

Works as expected
Works as expected, great value. I used it for a temporary alarm cancel so I don’t need to hear a loud buzzer but not risk switching off the alarm and forgetting to switch it back on.

Easy install
