The blade at the widest part is 3" and the length is about 6 1/4"

Q: Where is this particular knife manufactured?

It is manufactured by Zwilling J.A. Henckels in Solingen, Germany.

Q: what is the bevel degree on the blade?

I don't know exactly but it's very different from a normal knife. Both sides of the blade are heavily convex with the final angle at the edge being quite obtuse. I'm not sure why and I'm sure you could put normal edge on it, but that's how mine came from the factory.

Q: Can this cut pork or beef bone? Not chicken bones or through the join. The thick and hard area.

This is for tendons, cartilage, joints and poultry. You need a specialized tool for thicker bones. It’s basically a hacksaw that you’re looking for.
