Floto Milano Leather Backpack in Brown Italian Calfskin Leather

I use this bag for work to carry my 12" laptop and files. It is beautiful leather and is the perfect size with perfect pockets for everything I need. The zipper was stiff at first. A couple months after purchase, the zipper got stuck and no longer worked. I contacted Floto directly and they sent me a prepaid label. The bag was returned to me within two weeks. I don't think they were able to fix the zipper as I received a brand new bag! The zipper works well on the new one.

I bought this backpack about a month ago. After 2-3 weeks the zipper came off. I called customer service asking for a replacement. But they said that all they can do is fix it. And a had to send back to them. and it will take about 2 weeks to get it fixed.
