So far so good! I really like this product. I am a little disappointed the conditioner doesn’t seem to be available. But am really loving the added vibrance to my color. It is easy to use and works well. I have not noticed it causing dryness at all.

Darkened hair, stained the shower
Definitely should use gloves! I bought this shampoo and conditioner for my naturally red hair. It darkened it a lot! I didn’t read about the suggestion of using gloves and it stained my hands (my fault) it also stained my shower even though I wiped it right away. It did leave my hair really soft and nice but I didn’t like how dark it made it.

Good for platinum, grey and silver blonds
The product is good. Please note that it works good only with blond grey, silver or platinum tones. Don’t expect to get a pure color without oranges undertones on brunette with Cooper in formulas!Thanks to CHI that after wash you will not be have any new blue colors on the hair.The shampoo is very thick but you need only few drops for a full head :)Unfortunately I got a damaged bottle :(

Your Hair Will Smell Like FISH
Pros: easy to use. Didn't stain the gloves I wore when applying. Left my hair feeling soft. Cons: The next day....my hair was limp. Lost its body. Also, the color was NOT red. More of a brown. That isn't what the package/name said. I didn't want brown; I needed red. Too expensive to NOT get the color I wanted.I am adding to my review and am deducting a star. The review above is true. I washed my hair with this shampoo yesterday. Today, I got caught in a rainstorm while running errands with my husband. For the next hour, I kept smelling fish. I looked around for a fish fast food restaurant. We went to a couple of stores, and I couldn't shake the smell. Then I realized it was MY HAIR !!!! I have since washed and conditioned my hair. The fish smell is about 80% gone. I'll shampoo again and hopefully have it all washed out. I would never buy this product again. It didn't provide the red color boost I wanted, and it made my hair smell like wet fish.
