Premium Home Theater Installation

I live in Northern Virginina. These guys arrived on time, called me 30 mins before their arrival. Their attention to the detail should be commended. REMEMBER these people don't repair DRY WALLS, they just put plastic caps to cover the holes in the DRY WALL. However they fill in any of the smaller holes. Also they don't bring the WALL MOUNTS for speakers, you should take care of them.Unpacked all the stuff, told me the options for internal wiring.Initially I wanted the wires behind the walls but because of so many studs they said there's so much risk involved as they cannot fully close all the bigger holes in the dry wall. Finally we decided on hooking the wire above the base board, which I'm little skeptical about initially, but the output was really great. It's almost invisible to the naked eye. They made sure no wires are visible at any part of the installation even at the back of the speaker on the mounts.The supervisor went above and beyond to keep me happy. If it's something he can do, he immediately accommodated it. If not, he patiently explained me why he cannot.I found problem with one of the wall mounts installed and contacted amazon customer service. DISH contacted me in less than couple of hours and scheduled an appointment.I'd definitely recommend this service fo anyone looking for home theater installation. Their TOP NOTCH customer service will definitely win you heart.

The technicians came in at 8am, right on time, to install 2 TVs with wall mounts and to install a home theater system with speakers on the walls, hide the wires, and connect it all together. They sent 2 guys, and a manager stopped by mid-day to make sure we were happy (without request), and stayed for an hour. They were here for nearly 12 hours, with the first 2 hours planning and deciding on how we wanted to do it. There only limitation is that they will not rip down dry wall. A contractor needs to do that, and for very custom installations you need a contractor or someone confident in dry wall as they will only drill and fish. That being said they did a wonderful job and the outcome was beautiful without it, and we learned to trust them and their judgment after a few hours of good work. They took their time, were extremely professional, wore booties inside the house, and when a change was necessary requiring extra time, they did it with patience and no complaint. Even after having everything hooked up, we realized we forget to give them a module of our surround system, and they once again fished through the wall, without a single skowl. They were beyond friendly and helpful, and we would not hesitate to use them again. The installations were so extremely clean and well planned.

Courteous and professional. Arrived on time and cleaned up. Would have been 5 stars but they failed to get my smart tv apps set up to play through the new sound system.

The Northern Virginia team is top notch (10 Stars +). The system install is perfect. The work was clean and efficient. They were rigorous about putting on their shoe protectors and picking up each little piece.Maybe the most important part is that the system sounds and looks excellent.

The surround sound installation went extremely well. The technician arrived on time and was courteous and informative. All cables were hidden cleanly behind the wall and the set up was tested prior to the technician leaving. All mess was cleaned up afterwards. Would highly recommend.

They called to and set up the time right away and arrived when expected where they did a great job including to go over to HomeDepot to make sure they had the parts needed.
