Insightful and Practical
As a Yin yoga practitioner and movement facilitator, I intuitively bought Bernie’s book to revisit Anatomy and Physiology. Particularly with interest on the Shoulder Joint complex and insight on modifying practices to suit different pathologies.Except for perhaps a slightly bigger font, Bernie’s book has the right balance of photos illustrations, pointers for Yoga Teachers as well as enough scientific material to satisfy my inner geek!Now I’m curious about his earlier 2 books! :)

So insightful!
I have all 3 books in the series. What I love about Bernie's approach is that he manages very complicated topics in a way that most can digest. You can go deep where your interest and passions take you. His insight has helped me understand human variation and how to embrace that knowledge. My yoga practice and my student's have benefited greatly. Thank you for finishing the series. Namaste, Rita

Detailed and easy to read and understand
This is the third of Bernie's your "body" your yoga books and its just as great. I have them all and each is insightful, easy to read, and I believe this trilogy should be the anatomy books for yoga teacher training. Every yoga teacher should have one! You are missing out of you don't. Get it.

If you want to understand how and why
Excellent descriptions and very useful to go a step further in understand WHY certain movements are possible or not and WHY and HOW they can be useful. Easy to read and understand. A fun read in addition !

Gave it 5 stars because I couldn’t give it 20. Whether you are a health professional, teacher, or want to understand mobility better than here you go. Try all 3 books and you won’t be disappointed.

Fantastic book
Broke my shoulder a couple years ago and I’m a yoga teacher. Help with my physio by helping understand the shoulder and upper body as well as yoga positions to help strengthen and stretch to relieve pain

Very insightful & interesting read for yoga teachers!
Great book! Bernie Clarke's books are always fantastically well researched and very insightful. I am a yoga teacher and have found his books to be extremely helpful to my teachings and personal practice.

Must have book for every yoga instructor.
This is a must read for all yoga instructors (fitness instructors would definitely benefit as well). With too many yoga teacher trainings focussing on alignment, this book helps us understand and embrace the many differences. Bernie Clark awakens the mind to a whole world.
