The ATESON Pet Grooming Harness for Small Dogs & Cats looks to be a fine kit. It includes a nicely made harness that feels quite comfortable and breathable for your pet. The kit also includes some decent nail clippers, files, and set of scissors and hanging hooks. Our cat (large male Maine Coon) hates to have his nails trimmed, so we thought this just might be the ticket to assist us in holding him to get the job done. It would probably work if we could get him in the harness! After a number of attempts (and bloody hands) we gave up…at least for the time being. After several attempts in the first few days, we decided to give him and us a break and think over our strategy. We can get one set of legs in, but then…he wants nothing to do with it. We have tried all types of different methods to be able to cut his nails, but to no avail outside of bringing him to the local vet where two people have to hold him down while another cuts his nails. Trust me, he is not a happy camper when we bring him there either! Had high hopes this would help, but will have to figure out how we can get him into it. I still think the kit is fine…it’s not this products fault.
