I rolled my ankle on the way to work and I couldn't believe all I had was rock hard icepacks that were so painful to use on my bruised/swollen ankle! This item came right on time AND FAST which is what I needed. I'm an in-home CNA which makes it hard for me to just sit down and relax lol....the quality is great - it got cold faster than 2 hours like the instructions said and it lasted longer than expected! I am a very small person with size 5.5 feet and it fit perfectly on me. It's made in a way where you can kind of move the Velcro straps made it easy to get the ice part in place wherever you need it, however tight you need them etc.. personally, I walked around work with it on which wasn't easy but I did it so I could ice at work. At home I elevated and iced. Great value for money! I absolutely recommend!

Ankle pain but wasn’t very helpful.

The wrap didn’t wrap around the right areas for me. ….Which are the ankles. It focused on back calf and feet.

So when I was getting this I was worried about how long it would stay cold. I was reading other reviews and many said it didn't stay cold. So happy I didn't listen. This stays cold for hours. I love using this after longs days of being on my feet. My ankle is giving me less problems. I didn't give five stars bc the smell out of box is awful and I am not able to be mobile with it on bc of the icepack that goes a long the bottom of the foot. I like that the brace has little pockets for the ice packs to go and that they are easy to fold to get into the pockets. I do wear a sock when using because of how cold it gets.
