Far better than Fenugreek for milk supply
Breastfeeding supply management can be a pain, but Goat's Rue really helps make sure your supply keeps up with demand. I've used this product for more than 6 months in combination with Fennel capsules 3x per day. The increase in my milk supply was quick and I can count on it to work. If I ever need a milk supply helper in the future, I'll skip all the stuff I tried before (fenugreek, brewer's yeast, dark leafy greens, etc) and go straight to the Goat's Rue.When you take it, time it so that it is at least 15 minutes AFTER drinking any fluids. Use 1 to 2 oz of water to swallow the pills. Wait 15 more minutes, then you can drink whatever/however much you want. Time it so that it is 30 to 45 minutes before a feeding or pumping session and you will notice a distinct difference in supply. Since goat's rue actually helps build up breast tissue, taking it consistently for a while will help build your capacity as well as your supply. The capsules work FAR better than any tinctures. The only thing I've noticed is that the capsules are less effective when I leave them on the counter in the summer time and the weather is hot. When I keep them stored out of the heat, they work much better.

Miracle for Low Capacity
Tastes awful, but I don’t care-it works wonders!!! I can handle a quick little shot of bad taste for hours of milk increase! This is my fourth baby-I’ve breastfed them all, always with issues due to low capacity. This stuff makes my breasts actually feel filled with milk, and drip/squirt when baby pops off. He gets more milk, and gets it without having to struggle for it. I still have to do some supplementing with formula, but this fourth journey with breastfeeding is my least stressful!! The Lactation Consultant suggested it, after asking me about my history with breastfeeding and said it sounds like I have a slight hormone balance/blood sugar issue...apparently Goats Rue helps with that! It sure makes a difference for me!! So grateful to have found this little miracle in a bottle! Have never received a damaged product, always arrives on time.

Painful
I have had a rough breastfeeding journey. My breast did not grow during pregnancy, and I had a severe delayed case of my milk coming in. I have tried many different things to try to improve my milk supply. My doctor recommended a few supplements I could try, and they have not worked for me including this one. Unlike the other ones, this one has caused me a lot of discomfort. I kept taking it because I thought the discomfort meant something was happening. I had a constantly engorged feeling with less milk. I also wasn’t having good letdowns. I tried to increase my lecithin but it wasn’t enough and I was still uncomfortable. I quit taking this 3 days ago. The engorged feeling has subsided but I still have very sensitive nipples which I hope goes away soon. I saw improvement with my letdown today too. This may work for someone else, but this was my experience. I am now at peace with just accepting that I have what I have and supplementing formula.

Lactation support
Took these to support my breastfeeding journey. Overall did not feel like they helped my supply that much. This brand of pills were recommended by my lactation physician for their high quality ingredients. Pill size was manageable.

seems to help
It is difficult to tell which products work and which don't, since I have tried just about all of them at this point in some combo or another. It also depends on your particular chemistry, I think, but these seem to be working well for me. I have PCOS and a VERY low supply to begin with, starting at a tenth of an ounce at a time. I am currently trying to wean myself from domperidone, which increased my supply to about 3/4 of an ounce at a time and I have added goat's rue to my regimen while cutting back on the dom. I went from 800mg/day of domperidone to my current dose of 400mg/day and have actually seen a slight increase when taking the goat's rue (I got over an ounce last time I expressed milk! I know, that doesn't seem like much to most people, but this has been a hell of a struggle for me for the last 5 months), where I expected a drop. I have also been taking fenugreek, but I'm not sure that is doing anything at all, since before the domperidone I took it with Mothers Milk Special Blend, and that combo didn't do much. So, I think the goat's rue is doing something. Yay!

100 percent works
I am a Certified Breastfeeding Specialist who gave birth to my 5th child 2 weeks ago. I had a class five postpartum hemorrhage! With my 4 other children I had massive over supply I’m talking 30-40 ounces a day extra. I never had the “omg my milk is in” fullness effect with this child. She’s gaining AMAZING but I wanted to be able to make a staff (I have learned the hard way you never know what could happen and what could separate you when you have multiple children, long story short my 2nd child ended up in ICU when my 3rd was 2 weeks and I was SO happy I had an awesome stash because they wouldn’t let baby even come see us due to Covid) I was only able to get 1.5-2 extra ounces a day started taking this 4 days ago and I am making 8-10 extra! It is well worth the money.
