Amagoing Car Inverted Umbrella Double Layer Windproof Reverse Umbrella for Rain Sun

This is by far the best umbrella I have ever used! I love it so much I bought more as gifts for everyone I know. Birthday? You get this umbrella. Mother's Day? You get this umbrella. Teacher gift? You get this umbrella. What makes it so good? The handle is much more comfortable to use than regular umbrellas. The inside out feature means you don't get wet when you close the umbrella. It really is windproof! The inside lining brightens stormy days. It looks classy. I just wish they made a more compact version!

This umbrella is cool beyond belief! Well worth buying. The appealing fabric designs on the underside are just the icing on the cake. The umbrella works beautifully...just simply a great idea, a great design, well implemented! I highly recommend for anyone who would like not to get wet when getting in the car on a rainy day, when getting out of the car on a rainy day, when walking in or out the door in the rain from a building with no overhang over the door, when anywhere outside on a rainy day.Buy one for yourself...buy two for yourself and then buy one for anyone in your family and xmas presents for friends.

Awesome when trying to get into the car without getting soaked, but you have the traditional problem when getting out of the car. Didn't think of that. I've waited a year before giving this review. I find that I don't use this umbrella much because it's not compact. I find myself just grabbing the compact umbrella that I can push the handle in and stick it in my bag and go. Since you still have the same old problem with this inverted umbrella, except it's when getting out of the car rather than getting in, it really didn't solve the problem. Also, it saves ALL the water inside and dumps it in your car when you lay the umbrella down. I will say that it is very well made. Very durable and well constructed. I expect it will last a very long time. I mostly use it in heavy downpours and when there's a lot of wind, because it's so well made. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because it just doesn't solve the problem.

It's easy to close the umbrella when getting in your car, not necessarily so easy to open it when you are getting out. I was opening mine to go outside from the house and the post broke away from inside the handle. You could tell it was broken from the edges, not just oops, this came off. I shoved the post back into the handle and am just very careful not to hold the handle while opening the umbrella. It doesn't always catch and stay open on the first try when opening it either. I love the design, but I think mine had issues.EDIT: Amagoing contacted me and sent me a new umbrella and I haven't had any problems with it. Great customer service!

I love this umbrella so far. It is BIG to keep more of you dry and a friend can tuck under with you too. The pattern is gorgeous from inside but for those observing it just appears to be a classic black umbrella outside. I love that it folds inside out so you are touching the dry side after you fold it and it can stand up by itself to dry. Since it folds inside out it should take a blast of wind without breaking. Feels sturdy and even better quality than I hoped for.

Oh, wow, this is great for getting in and out of the car. Before this, I really hated getting in, then trying to figure out how to close the umbrella and get in the car without drenching myself. (Hint: It never worked and I always ended up getting wet.) This umbrella totally solves that problem. I only wish I'd had it all those years when I was dragging a wet umbrella around in the subway. The wrist handle would have been a godsend, too.The umbrella is easy to open and close and the handle works great whether you're holding the umbrella upright or hanging from your wrist. In addition to being functional, I really like the pattern I chose. As a bonus, I think the price is reasonable, and I've already given one as a gift. I'll probably get another one for myself so I can have one in the house and one in the car.I do think it would be nice if they'd also make this available in a larger size. This is a standard size which is probably suitable for most people in most situations, but I do sometimes like the larger (golf-sized) umbrella for the extra coverage. For now, I'm really pleased with the umbrella and, as I said, just wish I'd had one years ago!

I really liked this umbrella when I received it. It's a need design and it's pretty. I just started using it a week ago and noticed there is a rip on the inside where the vents are. On the second day I used it, two of the tips on the ribs came off and now I have to pop them back in each time I open it. It's kinda annoying. Was gonna contact the seller for a replacement but it's an overseas number and I have no idea what they are saying. Quality is not what i expected but again it's a pretty design.

I love the thing! It's is not wide enough to be a 2 person umbrella, it's really just for one person. It held up in 20mile an hour winds when I went outside during hurricane Irma (had to finish putting away yard stuff). It didn't flip or break. I'm happy with my purchase just wish they sold a gulf size.So recap of its functions. The umbrella is large enough for just one adult sized person or an adult wearing a baby in one of those baby body backpack/sling things. It doesn't leak. It's a manual umbrella so you press the red button, then slide it up and it makes the tiniest clock sound to let you know you have fully opened it. Same thing to get it back down. The ventilation works great, air flows through without destroying your umbrella. This umbrella does stand which is perfect for getting all the water out of it. I keep mine in the car but it dries so fast so it doesn't have that gross mildew stink. It's the best thing for getting in and out of the car and getting inside doors when it's raining. Well worth the money.
