I DO NOT recommend these to anyone! No where on them does it say they are NANO! There is no way to set them for your hearing and it stay --- they will not stay in your (mine) ear because they are too big and when you push them back in, you get a sharp loud noise in your ear.

Much too big to fit in ear canal. Bend my head and they fall out. Volume either too soft or too loud.. 👎

Don’t expect prescription hearing aids. Not bad for amplifiers.

Purchased for my wife. Extremely difficult to adjust. I purchased less expensive set for her from Amazon and they work perfectly.

Loud background hiss that overwhelmed the amplified input.

These are very good aids and am overall pleased with purchase. However, I have a few issues that keep me from rating them 5 stars. 1. The charger cord does not come with a wall adapter. 2. The aids pull wires are way too short. 3. The instructions should be written by some one whose primary language is English. These criticisms may seem to some as being picky, but these are correctable problems that I believe should be addressed.

I bought these for my my husband, and he is just thrill with them. They work great. I was so use to having to talk loudly so he can hear me. Now he jokes around with me saying, “ Hey quit yelling at me”. So now I’m learning to tone down my voice, from years of yelling, or repeating myself constantly. It’s great! Both of our lives are better. Thank you!
