Good product, great value
I don't really know how to identify "Good" brake fluid. What I can say is that it was the best deal and it worked great on my eBike.

Works well in New Holland brake systems requiring mineral oil

Great for bleeding and more
Great value, used it to bleed on my new Zrace xg4 calipers. First time bleeding so a lot of wasted fluid and to my surprise I still have half a bottle. Now I can also shorten my brake lines and bleed which is awesome. Just bedded in the pads and the brake lever feels good.

Pricey
This is a decent Oil, but it is pretty expensive for the amount that you get especially if you’re bleeding brakes and going through a lot of oil.

Hydraulic bike brakes are best.
The hydraulic oil has my rear brake that was weak is now strong and good as the front brake.
