Where is this made, and why isn't country of origin disclosure mandatory on Amazon?

Some asian country. The manual on how to use it is either in mandarin, cantonese, or taiwanese. I had nothing in english on the manual when i received mines

Finding it very difficult to open the screw to add fuel. Tiny screw came out but can't get the big screw out. Afraid of scratching. Any tips?

All you do is use your fingernail to flip the bottom screw up and then turn it. There is no reason to use any devise at all. It's a little tricky until you do it once.
