I ordered this watch as a special personalised gift. The watch arrived quicker than expected, but the positioning of the photo was not as I expected and I was not happy with the result.I wrote to the company, who were extremely helpful and professional. They offered to reposition the picture and sent me a free return stamp. The turnaround was super quick too.I am very happy with the final product. The watch is beautiful, decent quality, and comfortable to wear.
