I really love this soup. As a replacement for lunch or tea, it is very tasty and filling, with just enough flavour and spice to be satisfying. When you want to lose weight you have to expect to make some compromises, but this fits my bill totally, and I will definitely be buying more when the current box has run out. Update: After enjoying the Spicy Thai Chicken soup so much, I decided to try the Tomato flavour. I don't normally like packet tomato soups, but tentatively took a chance - and I'm so pleased that I did, because it was delicious, and was much better than I had expected. I did detect a slight tang to begin with, but then I didn't notice it after the first couple of spoonfuls. The main thing is that I had the same "happy tummy" feeling afterwards, as I did after the Spicy Thai Chicken soup (and the Egg Omelette!), and I'm now going to order the vegetable soup as well. Variety is the spice of life, as they say - and anything that feels satisfying while helping you to lose weight has to be worth it.

This product is very nice, it has a good consistency and flavour. Low calorie, and good value, I would recommend it to thise trying ti shift some weight.

The soup is kind of thick if you stur it enough, I'm honestly not a huge fan of the flavour, it does have a bit of a peppery taste as another person said. It's not to bad for something you might buy in a cafe but I'd not buy it again. It tastes quite artificial, I expected that, what I didn't expect was little bits of what I think are potato and some tiny bits of chicken. Over all I'd give the flavour profile a 2 out of 5, it's there but not very strong.

Folles the instructions. The outcome was a lumpy mess. Very peppery. Not like Spicy Thai at all. Will try and blend it next time.

Not as tasty as I imagined, good consistency. Would not order this flavour again.

It’s tasty and really helps to lose the weight

Mix it with water, shake, leave it in fridge for at an hour (or more), pop it in microwave a few minutes - and enjoy. It really is that easy. It's a really nice and delightfully creamy soup with a nice touch of chili and coriander and a few tiny pieces of chicken (very few but nice to have something to 'chew' when on the Nupo diet). I absolutely love this soup and find the flavours to be spot-on. I'd recommend it even if you're not following the Nupo diet, just make a double portion, add some small pieces of chicken, perhaps some extra coriander, a dash of sriracha if you want more heat and enjoy. It's amazingly delicious.

Tastes quite bland and is a bit lumpy, tastes much better when curry powder added and whisked very well, so yes not bad for the diet
