Be The One

This book is truly a book that every person should read! It has helped me so much in so many different ways! It’s a good read and doesn’t take too long to read which I like because I have a low attention span. Would recommend it!

Bought this book after seeing a passage from this book in an internet article. After reading that passage, I bought the book.Read the passage that starts, "She doesn't see it yet, but there is hope. There is someone out there made just for her." and ends with, "Someone who will listen as she tells them all about the hardships that made her who she is today. And when she expects them to run away, they'll come closer. She is all of us." to my current lady friend that has been through an abusive relationship previously, and added the line, "That someone in your life, is me."Needless to say, we are now in a very enjoyable committed relationship with each other, and are going to take a "wait and see" approach to marriage at this time, mainly due to the holidays. Plus, it has only been two months since we first dated. THAT is how powerful this book is.This IS NOT the only passage in this book that is powerful. There are SEVERAL that will touch you deep in the feels, and just will not let go easily. You will know which ones they are when you read them yourself. You WILL feel the message within the passage, and relate deeply to it.I owe Eileen Lamb more than I could ever pay her for putting into words what I wanted to say in such an eloquent way. This book is a godsend for anyone in a relationship with someone that has been in an abusive relationship, or just for the passages that WILL effect you in some way or another.Buy the book, you WILL NOT be disappointed.

Thank you...for sharing your heart and soul so that others could feel less alone. Your words are inspiring, comforting, they are like being wrapped in a soft blanket and hugged by a dear friend.

My favorite line had to be “You can be the yummiest juiciest peach of them all and there will still be someone who doesn’t like peaches”.

This book is wonderful I learned so much about my self and communicating with men.I love this book I bought two for gifts.Men and women need to read it.
