Very thrilled with Charlie’s latest work
I’m huge fan of Charlie’s work, having had great success with his shadow integration course and lucid dreaming retreats, and was super excited when this book was released! I really enjoyed reading it - it ties in well with the current themes among the wellness community of dealing with trauma, and making wellness a priority during current times. I personally have transformed childhood trauma through using Charlie’s work supplemental to other modalities like primordial sound meditation in waking life, but for anyone who is a dreamer, even vaguely interested in sleep and dream work, you will find this useful. Stick with it and work it - it’s not a one and done by any means. Also peruse and join Charlie’s community since actively working these modalities brings about incremental change for sure.

Another hit for Charlie Morley
Charlie Morley has a way of explaining something so common as sleep and breathing, and making it exciting, informative, fun, and easy to understand. His excitement about the science mixed with his sensitivity to spiritually makes his style of writing unique and endearing. This book gives a new perspective and easy practical advice to improving something we take for granted. Highly recommend!

A lucid dreaming must read
A very interesting book full of references and personal experiences from the author. And it has a lot of exercises to learn to be a lucid dreamer. Love the book!

I have read several books on insomnia. This book was the most helpful with my horrific insomnia. Mr.Morley comes across as real, concerned, empathetic, and fun. I hope to take a class from him He seems down to earth, and is definitely engaging. I use his practice ideas every day.

Inspiring healing techniques!
This book is a wonderful guide to sleeping well and learning to heal trauma. I love the guidelines for keeping a Nocturnal journal and all of the well researched techniques to use lucid dreaming for healing. So inspiring!

Simple and powerful practices you can do in everyday life
What can I say about this book, but BUY IT. Charlie dives deep into the science (and there’s a lot of it) mixed with his practice based evidence. Charlie worked with the UK Ministry of defense with Vets with PTSD. I work with folx with complex backgrounds as well in the yoga space, and this book is so profound I have brought many of the practices into my personal life as well as those who study with me.I am also an AVID yoga nidra teacher and student, and I can absolutely say this practice has changed my life. I can’t go on about Nidra enough. And Charlie speaks of one of my teachers Uma- so you know I’m in love.Charlie’s time tested techniques have helped me to meet a few different parts of my “shadow” in the dreamscape and truly brought attention to things I was not aware of. And now I get to work with them in my waking life. So cool!If you are looking for a simple and down to earth approach to dreaming- look no further.I cannot say enough good things about this book. Just buy it already!

great book, put me right to sleep!
This is a great book. I have suffered from insomnia for many years but now I am finally getting a good night’s sleep. Now I am even exploring lucid dreaming. My life has changed for the better thanks to this amazing book.

Changed my whole relationship to sleep
Very very informativ and empowering. Gave me sooo much more quality of life and it’s all baseboards science. Love Charlie’s work. He’s one of the best living teachers in regards to sleep.
