As with most shower heads, the water pressure can be greatly improved by removing a flow regulator. I've attached pictures showing how to do so. First, identify the ball joint that contains the regulator. Second, remove the black washer using pliers. Third, using a screwdriver, push quite firmly from the outlet side of the ball joint to remove the regulator. Fourth, replace the washer. You can see the difference from the before and after pictures.

This was extremely disappointing. Its plastic! It arrived with a broken plastic ring, and there was no way to compensate. Water would squirt out. Overall, I think its a fantastic design, but I'm not impressed with these being made out of plastic.

I love this Moen showerhead!!! ( I previously had one from D----a brand,- which I liked, but the plastic clip that held the showerhead snapped and broke out and I had to keep that shower head in place with a rubberband, annoying!) This MOEN product is great. Fine pressure and selectible spray patterns in the smaller head, you can choose larger showerhead, the smaller one, -or both. Of course some pressure drops when both heads are operating, which is normal.I like the fact that the larger head can be running on you with warm water- while you use the smaller head on other parts of your body in the shower. I did use the white teflon plumbers tape on the threads of the unit in two places. The nickel finish is nice. This is great for rinsing hair, or washing the dog! The magnet holder for the smaller head works great. Very strong and easy to replace the head with the magnet. One review here had mentioned a loose large showerhead, you need to tighten the large wing nut up at the very top. So far I am very happy with this product.

Our walk in shower has two shower heads so I bought two of these and I am very happy. The multiple controls on both the large and the hand held shower heads provide flexibility I like and the hand held cords are long enough to make shower cleaning easy. One thing to remember is that when you change from a small shower head to a larger one it can change the intensity of the spray. The hand held will give you intensity when you want it, the large head is a lovely gentle rain feel, which can be intensified by turning off the hand held unit. This will get the soap off, no problem but remember, the more holes there are, the softer the flow.

My life revolves around my dog so I needed a shower head for human use but also wanted a hand held attachment long enough to reach into my tub.They both work perfectly!!!! The magnet on the handheld part has always had a good hold (strong enough to hold it to the fixture but not too strong to easily access). I like that there is a toggle switch on it. I will say that it doesn't completely shut off the flow. There is a small trickle when you flip it off but it doesn't spray you and that is the important part for me. The actual showerhead has great options for water pressure and patterns. It's easily cleanable. I usually just put baking soda and vinegar on a rag, and cover it for a few hours every once in a while. It wipes all the hard water and spots away. It's actually really a beautiful piece that matched our other chrome fixtures. No leaking or issues. Was easy to install. I would 100% recommend especially if you need more accessibility (animals, sitting in a shower chair using attachment)

I bought it primarily for the on off button on the wand. The button does nothing. I've seen other reviews on YouTube that say it does nothing. Wtf?

We recently renovated our shower. I wanted a hand held head separate from the main shower head. When we priced out the additional plumbing pieces as well as the labor we decided to try this head to keep costs down.This head is all I could have hoped for. The rainshower head has plenty of force on it's own. I have set both shower heads to go simultaneously. The hand held head is set to a massage while the rain head continues to provide a very adequate flow.Very pleased with this set up and it was easy to install.

We have been enjoying this shower head for several months now. It's great looking and we enjoy being able to change the shower flow with little fuss. The magnet is a wonderful feature and it makes it so easy to take the second shower head and rinse shampoo and conditioner out of long hair. It's not often that I say I love a product, however this shower head gets high scores from me!
