Dewalt DPG52-BC Contractor Pro Light Blue High Performance Lightweight Protective Safety Glasses

I’ve about worn them out my new go to indoor glasses they brighten things up just enough that you see better inside!

They are not as blue in the tint as I'd prefer. But they work well enough for my intended purposes...Initially I began to return them. But after wearing them for a moment. I noticed how they softened my vision, subtlety and quite pleasingly...If you work in an assembly of mechanical environment, that requires you to consistently wear safety glasses. These work well for creating a nice buffer on your vision; alleviating The Strain that fluorescent artificial sunlight can cause from time to time...So I canceled the return and wore them with a serendipitous satisfaction, indeed...

So far good item. I do machining so lot of metal chips flying. Only 1 tiny scratch so far about 1 year out. Bit of a pain keeping them clean. every little bit of anything and they get a glaze or smudge that just smears with a rag trying to wipe it off. Overall will get another pair or like them. These are the 3rd type of blue I have gotten since 2002.

I bought these for working indoors and outside when it isn't sunny, and I'm happy with my purchase. The price was right, and these have really held up well so far. No scratches on the lenses yet, and there have definitely been times when I thought that I would have. They wrap around your head a little tightly, but that is actually what I prefer. I would rather have them secure as opposed to having safety glasses that fall down my nose every time I lean over. I have a normal size head, and they are tight but comfortable. I wear them all day (either on, or on my head), and they are not uncomfortably tight. I would definitely recommend getting them online, they are way cheaper here than you will find at any store. I bought these on amazon, and I work at a LARGE tool rental company that sells them (for a lot more).

I did not buy these glasses for the protective feature, although it's reassuring to know they would protect my eyes should the need arise. I actually purchased them because blue's my favorite color and I like the rather unusual style on the sides. I hoped they would fit over my regular glasses and they do. That's a big plus for me.Another plus is that they're lightweight and the rubber tips at the temples and rubber nose piece make them very comfortable.My eyes are light sensitive and these aren't dark enough for bright sun, but they're perfect for reading on the patio...or when outdoors on shady days, working with my plants.I highly recommend these Dewalts! I loved these glasses at first. Nice blue tint. Makes it so I can see early in morning when still a little dark. I've owned two pair. My first pair got ran over by a tire. But still were use able. I was impressed. But the lens got all scratched up so I decided to buy a second pair. I've had the second pair for about two weeks. Its been cold out so when I haven't been wearing them I put them in my coat pocket for safe keeping. Over the course of about a week. The ear pieces have scratched the lens so I can't see out of them very well at all. A little frustrated with the fact they scratch the lenses when folded up. And the lens themselves seem to scratch fairly easy.

These safety glasses arrived on time and were as described. I thought because of the cheap price they were going to be cheap glasses. I was pleasantly suprised. They`re not at all flimsey. They cut glare really well. As far as the safety part well, I haven`t had any cartridges fly by directed at my eyes yet. Hopefully should this happen, they will be as strong as they are comfortable. I highly recommend this seller and will do business again. I plan to by a few more colors. Amazon...nice job packing!
