It's not rotating it's simulated rotation
I needed rotating light. This is a simulated rotation light. I can't use it for what I ordered it for. Add said rotating not simulated. Plus it was broken

It makes an annoying sound
I don’t remember reading it makes noise as it goes around. It also was not made too well as it broke (the wires came out) when trying to hook it up.
