Technically this isn't a 'full' meal replacement like Huel or Soylent has, but I'm willing to make that compromise as someone that never eats breakfast anyways. The protein value comparison is double or more compared to them and the price is so much more reasonable. The taste is great and smooth, not really thick. They're relatively small. Overall, just an excellent product.

As someone who only likes eating when it's actually something special, I usually grab two cases of this stuff at the start of every month. One of these with a cup of high protein yogurt or a packet of oatmeal will keep you going without too much hassle.They taste like chocolate milk (or maybe pudding mix before it goes in the fridge), they don't upset your stomach, and they're decent even at room temperature, not that they *need* to be refrigerated, but they *are* more pleasant that way.I used to get diet shakes for this purpose (hate eating, but can't take meds on an empty stomach), but those are usually padded out with insoluble fiber to make you feel full and weird chemical shit that I can't be bothered to research, and therefore don't really want to put inside of my body. Plus, protein shakes are very pricy, while these come out to a little over a dollar each, making them fall cleanly into the category of "you can afford this on EBT and not run out of money and starve near the end of the month."Oof...Anyways, yeah, even for more... neurotypical people, let's say, these are pretty convenient just to have around, even if it's just for the purposes of needing to eat something with a painkiller so you don't wreck your stomach.

Compared to the other protein drinks I've tried like boost and ensure, this tastes like a rich chocolate milk. Not chalky or thick. It's easy on the stomach and I feel like I digest and absorb it better too. Unlike any protein drink, even optimum nutrition, this actually increases my appetite and helps me gain weight!

My daughter loves Chocolate Carnation Milk! It tastes great, and I feel good knowing she’s getting solid nutrition with every serving. It’s packed with vitamins and minerals, and the price is very reasonable. A perfect option for a quick, healthy drink she actually enjoys! Way better than other sugary chocolate drinks!!

I love this product! I drink one every morning for many years. So easy to keep in the fridge & bring one with you in a hurry or sip a little at a time and enjoy if you have time. I love that I now don't have to choose between high protein & fiber (both kinda lacking in my diet to be honest). It has a nice chocolate flavor, it not too thick, grainy or rich. I feel like I'm giving my body good nutrients to start the day off right. It isn't high calories and its affordable. Tastes so much better chilled! My only complaint is the new packaging - I like that it's a more compact design & recyclable BUT no matter what you do (short of cutting it open), you can't get the last little sip out - it gets stuck and doesn't come out of the spout despite sucking & jostling it in every direction. Definitely a design flaw for the manufacturer but otherwise a great product! Tastes good & is good for you - what more could you want?

Good chocolate flavor. I don't waste any, drink it all. And you feel full after drinking it it makes me feel like I am doing something good for my body.
