Beautiful piece but arrived broken and on a time crunch
I found this amazing design recently and received approval to purchase a prototype to present to an account. I was hoping to have it in hand before 11/1. The product arrived today 10/30 but the infusing section was broken. I'm not sure it can be replaced by the time I head out of town for the meeting.
