Bought this Dell Latitude 7480 specifically to run Linux Mint 21.2 as my personal laptop. Dell makes powerfully versatile laptops that are perfect for both Windows and Linux users, and this particular Latitude 7480, set up the way it is, is one of the very best.For a 'refurbished' laptop, try as I might there's essentially nothing that would suggest this laptop is anything other than brand new! This is my second refurbished laptop order and I must say the seller stands behind their product with great customer service! The laptop I received was a great deal and worked well except for the battery, I contacted them and they got back to me instantly and sent a replacement battery via 2 day FedEx (I offered to install it). I put the replacement in and the laptop is working great! To get a touchscreen, 32GB RAM, i7 with a 1 TB solid state drive fur under $300 is a great deal in my book. I will purchase from them again in the future because of their fast customer service (something that is hard to find nowadays)!

I got the laptop and the screen was stuck on the loading screen of setting it up.

The media could not be loaded. So far it’s what it claims to be… a few scratches on the head but the screen looks good and which since it’s touchscreen means a lot…

Fabulous product! I purchased this computer with a touchscreen for art purposes. So far, it has met my needs and expectations! I am very thrilled with the touchscreen ability, battery life, speed, and storage ability. The computer I received even had pretty glitter! It also had a textured mousepad for easier control of the mouse (an essential feature I require since the smooth mousepads do not pick up my finger movements very well).

This little baby is just right for writing my books on theBible. This Dell laptop is the best one for meyet. Well pleased! I am no computer expert, but I know when I like something, and I like this one.

So the first computer came in and it was beautiful very quick at fast but I figured out it was an i5 and not the i7 I ordered contacted customer service they were super helpful and allowed me to exchange it and sent the right one. That one arrived just as well and great condition very happy with the purchase
